With the Health Squad app, young users can:

<li>Submit questions and receive responses from trained providers within one business day.</li>
<li>Choose to save or delete questions and answers to maintain privacy.</li>
<li>Create an anonymous username for private inquiries, ensuring confidentiality.</li>
<li>Receive notifications about health topics, myth-busting facts, local events, and tips tailored for teen parents regarding infant care.</li>
<li>Set up personalized medication reminders, for example, daily alerts to take or refill birth control prescriptions.</li>
<li>Engage with daily wellness challenges focused on nutrition, exercise, stress management, healthy relationships, mental health, reproductive health, safe sex practices, community participation, healthcare services, and medical education.</li>
<li>Access links to local clinics for family planning, STI testing, and other essential services.</li>
